Sign in with Google and pick the calendars you want checked.
Set your availability
Choose your hours for each day, buffers between meetings, and how much notice you need.
Share your link
Your booking page is meetwith.dev/yourname. Nobody needs an account to book.
Get booked
They pick a time and leave a name and email. The meeting goes on your calendar with a Google Meet link.
What it does today
Here is what works in the beta right now.
Google Calendar
Sign in with Google and pick the calendars to check. Anything already on them blocks that time.
Your booking page
meetwith.dev/yourname lists your event types and open times, shown in the visitor's own timezone.
Availability rules
Hours for each day of the week, buffers before and after meetings, minimum notice, how far out people can book, and a daily cap.
Emails
You and your attendee both get a confirmation right away and a reminder the day before. Cancel from your dashboard and the attendee gets an email while the event comes off your calendar.
Google Meet links
Every booking gets a Google Meet link, on the calendar event and in both emails.
Not built yet
Team scheduling, paid bookings, and Outlook or iCloud calendars. Google is the only calendar MeetWith connects to right now.
Free while in beta
There is no billing in the app today. When paid plans arrive, core scheduling stays free, and the paid tiers will cover things like extra calendar accounts and higher booking volume.
